Basic Project Information
The Ningbo SF Express project is a typical express sorting project undertaken by Shanghai Qinde. This system is a standard and efficient automated weighing and sorting system provided to SF warehouse, which realizes the online merging and transportation of goods in the bonded zone warehouse, online automatic weighing, online weight comparison connected to the customs system, automatic sorting and picking processes. The system has achieved a high processing capacity of 4000 boxes per hour and also meets the high weighing accuracy of 25g for online weighing. It has successfully achieved the customer's expected functional requirements, greatly improving the processing efficiency and operational accuracy of the warehouse.
Project characteristics
1. Tight schedule: The project signed a contract on December 8th, 2015, and all goods were delivered on time on January 1st, 2016, achieving a miracle of rapid production and supply in about 20 days; Secondly, despite the difficulties of including the Spring Festival holiday, the system was efficiently implemented and successfully delivered for use on February 23rd
2. Fast data exchange: Because the system is directly connected to the customs system, barcode and weight data require the implementation of a complex flow of PLC WCS WMS customs system. Through clever system design and efficient program code, a high sorting rate of 4000 boxes per hour is still achieved in such a complex usage environment
3. High system stability requirements: The system is used frequently and often faces 24-hour usage, resulting in an average daily troubleshooting time of less than 0.2 hours
4. High sorting efficiency: With the integration of online weighing and weight ratio matching functions, a sorting efficiency of 4000 boxes per hour has been achieved
